I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can finally exhale — a place where you feel heard, supported, and understood without judgment. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and personalized care.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, traumas, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, addiction, workplace stress, burnout, body image concerns, LGBTQ+ related concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique goals, strengths, and experiences.
My work with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds — including Indigenous communities and clients across varying socioeconomic settings — has strengthened my ability to provide culturally sensitive, inclusive, and individualized care.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology and an Honours degree in Psychology, I have supported clients across hospitals, schools, community programs, crisis stabilization, addiction services, private practice settings, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. My experience includes crisis intervention, clinical assessment, individual counselling, couples counselling, and group facilitation.
I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, and the Gottman Method for couples, among others, to support meaningful healing, growth, resilience, and connection.
Seeking support is a courageous first step, and I am committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and others.
